One Year in SD!

Well, well, well, we’ve just had our 1 year anniversary of living here in San Diego. On Monday the 4th we crossed the 1 year mark. We can’t believe that it’s come up that quickly. We’ve lived at some really “interesting” homes. One was like taking our lives into our own hands between the drug deals going down and neighbors being arrested feet from our front door to living with a 10 person family that consisted of 8 boys. We’ve had a few jobs too but you know what: one thing has been consistent the entire time: God’s support and love! He has taught us both so much about dependence on Him, seeking Him, the importance of having scripture tucking away in your heart and praising Him in everything.

We truly love San Diego and it is home for both of us now. We’ve began attending church at Horizon Christian Fellowship in Clairemont lead by Mike MacIntosh and we’re still on the hunt for a small group and we know that God will bring one forward for us to join in His timing.
